What is UltraServers?
We are a hosting company with over twelve years of experience and a Trustpilot average score of 4.9. We branched into game servers a year ago, offering Minecraft, ARK, CS2, and many other games. We’ve got everything you need for outstanding performance and easy setup. With our experience and passion for excellence, you’re in safe and trusted hands.
What’s new with the UltraServers relaunch?
We’re simplifying things and offering more choices! Via feedback, our clients have stressed the importance of having a responsive and stable gaming panel that is familiar and intuitive. Some of our clients loved our fully bespoke dashboard; we did too! But others did not, feeling it was too sluggish and overly complex. So, we’ve decided to focus on what the majority wants and say goodbye to our bespoke dashboard and introduce our new customized panel.
We’re delighted with the performance of our Epyc CPU gaming servers, but we can’t ignore the fact that some people just prefer Ryzen. So now you can choose between our fantastic Epycs or our blistering Ryzen 9 7950X3D game servers! Why not try both and see what you think?
What games can I host with UltraServers?
We’ve got a variety of games: Minecraft (Java and Bedrock), ARK: Survival Evolved, Garry’s Mod, Terraria, Satisfactory, Palworld, Counter Strike 2 with more to follow. If your favorite game isn’t one of these, join us in our Discord, and we’ll see what we can do!

Can existing clients also get a lifetime discount?
Everyone placing a new order is eligible for the relaunch event discount.
What will happen to pre-existing lifetime discounts?
Nothing! We said they’re lifetime, and we meant it. The discount applies as long as your existing plan remains unmodified*.

Are there additional costs for mod support, backups, or other features?
No! We like to keep things simple. Your plan covers premium-level support, anti-DDoS protection, generous backups, databases, and more.
I want to pay semi-annually or annually. Can I get a bigger discount?
Yes! We offer extra discounts if you commit to a longer-term plan. Go semi-annually and get 5% off, or go annually for a 10% discount. This is on top of the relaunch even discount!
Can I switch my plan later?
Absolutely! If you ever need to upgrade or downgrade, you can do so within the Dashboard. However, when you are an existing client during the transition period, you must contact support to transfer your server to the new panel.
Features & Performance
What kind of hardware do you use for your game servers?
• Ryzen Tier: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D CPU, 192GB of DDR5 RAM, 2x4TB NVMe storage in RAID 1, and a 2x10Gbps network. The X3D series is a well-known favorite amongst the gaming community. It is useful for games that prefer cache to speed. Our premium power series caters to heavy loads or people requiring the latest hardware. We have seen game servers using this CPU receive at least a 40% increase in performance.
• EPYC Tier: AMD EPYC 9654 CPU, 1 TB of DDR5 RAM, 4x8TB NVMe storage in RAID 1, and a 2×10 Gbps network. Our affordable yet powerful tier exists to provide a premium experience that you cannot believe is possible. The hardware has been tested and proven to run heavy-performing game servers.
Do you offer DDoS protection on all servers?
Yes, as we take security seriously, all our servers are protected against DDoS attacks. With DataPacket ‘s DDoS shields, you can relax knowing you’re safe against L3, L4 and L7 (in beta) attacks.
Do you provide automatic backups?
Yes. We offer a scheduling system that lets you automate your backups, and we also make our own backups of all critical data.
Can I install Modpacks and custom plugins?
Modpacks and custom plugins are installable via the Modpack/plugin installer on our panel.
What level of control do I have over my server?
With our panel, you have near-total control of your server. Our panel is designed for easy management and near-limitless access, as we do not want to impose unreasonable or restrictive features.
Can I access my server files directly (Panel, FTP, or SFTP access)?
Yes, you can access your files via any SFTP using your preferred FTP client. Our panel also has a File Manager, so you can edit and move files around without needing a third-party tool.
Are there limits on server resources?
As long as you follow our Fair Usage policy, most things are unmetered. However, you should purchase a bigger plan if you need more resources, as we tailor our plans based on specific ranges. Please reach out to support if you have a concern or need advice.
What if I want to host a game that you do not officially support or does not appear on the landing page?
Please contact the support team via our Discord or the panel ticket system and we’ll see what we can do.
I want to host my Discord bot on UltraServers. Is that possible?
We do not plan to support Discord bots.
Do you guys offer Dedicated IPs?
No. Currently, all IPs are shared per physical server.
Support & Assistance
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer premium 24/7 support as standard on all plans. Clients can create a support ticket from our Discord server or directly from within their gaming panel. A member of staff will reply promptly with assistance.

Do you offer tutorials or guides to help with setup?
Yes, we have an extensive library of documentation available at docs.ultraservers.com and videos via our Youtube channel
What’s the process of migrating from another hosting provider?
Please refer to our guide on using our server importer.
For Existing Clients
Will I lose any of my current servers or resources?
No. Soon, we will migrate your existing plans to the corresponding new game server plan or plans listed on our homepage. Your actual EPYC game servers will not change, but you will access them via our new panel rather than our bespoke dashboard.
We will honor the price you currently pay even if you need more than one game server to match your resource plan usage.
We won’t be making these changes for the relaunch date, but instead we will leave things as they are now until we have discussed things further with you.
What’s happening to the resource plans?
Sadly, they will be retired. We thought it was a great concept, but many found it confusing and too complex for their needs—fewer than 10% of customers used resource splitting.
What if I need to run multiple servers with different games?
The new model is one game server per plan. If you want multiple games, then you would need multiple plans.
Existing servers will soon migrate to the new system. If you are an existing client we will reach out to you when the time comes to migrate you to the new system.
What must I do for this transition? Can I upgrade my plan?
You can continue to enjoy your existing service via the legacy dashboard until we agree on a migration date. Please raise a support ticket if you need to change your legacy plans.
What’s the difference between Ryzen and EPYC CPUs?
The Ryzen CPU excels in single-core performance, making it optimal for games that rely mainly on a single-core. However, our EPYC CPU is also highly capable and can still deliver a great gaming experience. While Ryzen CPUs typically perform better on single-core tasks, they may still use extra threads to support the main workload.
Is EPYC still available?
Yes. We are simply offering more choice, EPYC Or Ryzen.
Will my IP address change after the transition?
No. Your IP address will only change if we agree to move you to a different server. Your existing EPYC plans will remain where they are.
How will I be notified?
We announce news via our usual channels, such as Discord and social media. For anything that affects you individually, we will email you.
Who do I contact if I have concerns about the transition?
Please create a ticket using your existing Dashboard and we’ll happily answer any questions.
What if I want to stay in my current plan?
The resource plan system will no longer exist. However, the migration process will convert your existing resources to our new server plan system without extra cost. We will honor the price you pay now, including any discounts you may have.
What will happen to my existing backups?
Backups will not be migrated from the legacy dashboard to the new panel. Please download any archives you want to keep before the transition.
Will my existing database setup change?
Database migrations between the legacy dashboard and new panel will need to be dealt with manually. Speak to support if you have any concerns when the transition is announced.
Will there be any changes to server configurations or ports I use?
Ports should remain unchanged for most people, but it will need to be checked on a case-by-case basis.
